Special Audit

Special audit is for businesses that do not have a legal audit obligation but have specific audit needs. In this context, we provide guidance on issues such as operational process analysis and internal audit system design; we audit the processes of companies operating in R&D and technology development zones in accordance with the legislation. We aim to make the accounts and transactions of your business transparent and minimize possible errors and risks through studies such as confirmation reports, project expenditures and financial accuracy review of European Union / TÜBİTAK supported projects.

Internal Audit

Internal audit is an independent and objective assurance activity applied to add value to the corporate culture of the organization and improve its processes. By examining risk management, control and governance mechanisms, we analyze the extent to which the organization acts in compliance with its strategic goals and identify deficiencies or risky points. Accordingly, we ensure that an effective reporting system is established between the audit team and senior management by preparing internal audit methodology, audit committee structure and standard documents.

Independent Audit

Independent audit examines the compliance of companies' financial statements with national and international accounting standards (e.g. TFRS, BOBİ TFRS) and verifies that these statements are prepared in a fair and objective manner. In this context, we meet the needs of companies with mandatory independent audit obligations within the framework of the relevant legislation and submit the reports to the competent authorities. We also support companies in adopting and complying with the standards and improving the quality of their reporting through IFRS transition and implementation consultancy, thereby increasing credibility in the eyes of investors and stakeholders.
